a) Information I have supplied herein may be used by First Ray Sdn Bhd for purposes of organising all kinds of fun challenges as well as circulation of emails on upcoming challenges, activities as well as information about participating sponsors and their products/services when applicable.
b) All information provided is true. I acknowledge I may be disqualified from winning prizes if the information provided is false. My personal information will not be released by First Ray Sdn Bhd to any other parties aside of promotion for GvT activities.
c) I will not be charged any hidden fees for any activities.
d) I reserve the right to choose at any time to cease membership by emailing this wish to enquiry@firstray.com and as such will not receive future once-a-week email newsletters.
e) INTEGRITY and CAMARADERIE are the core values of all GvT activities and I shall base all my actions on these values during participation.
f) In all activities I participate I shall give my best, ensuring my team will have maximum benefit and that my opponents will not benefit due to a compromised performance which may sabotage some other team's standing (for example in league based competitions.)
g) In case of any disputes on any issues of the competitions and any other matters arising, including Avatar name approvals, I shall abide and accept as final the decision(s) of the organising committee as final.
h) All communication with First Ray Sdn Bhd and organisation of any particular competitions will be via a online feed back form. I will not require personal or telephone contact to air my point of view as may arise.
i) First Ray Sdn Bhd (and / or any future stakeholders) shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in any service, goods or prizes from sponsors, or for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the services or during competitions.
j) If I am below 18 years of age, I agree I have obtained the permission of my parent / guardian to sign up and take part in fun competitions organised by First Ray.
